members of this group have a cow each, but they depend
on the market and nearby villages for fodder. They have
taken land on lease for Fodder cultivation by availing
interest-free loan. Now, They are able to feed their cattle
with sufficient fodder as a result the fat content in
the milk has increased. The quantity and quality of milk
fetches them better price from the Co-operative milk society
to whom they supply milk. |
