RSGA Seed Growers Association is a Farmers' Association with a membership of more than 150 men and women farmers. These farmers had taken-up 'contract farming' for cotton. They had taken an interest-free loan of Rs.50,000/-from this bank. They have used this amount in buying seeds and fertilizer, and gave themselves daily wages. They have entered into contract with the buyer, as they were assured of the sale price and income before sowing their seeds. The new experience has increased their confidence in handling a contract job.
