| A meeting was held on 26 February to take follow up action on the Agenda developed during the visit of H E Prof Ram Kapse, Lt Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands on 23rd February. Mr Jijo Thomas, Deputy Resident Commissioner, Andaman and Nicobar Administration participated in the discussions. The following decisions were taken. |

| Visit of a MSSRF Spear Head Team consisting of the following to Port Blair to identify the contours of the New Andamans Post Tsunami Rehabilitation Programme. |
| The aim of the Spear Head Team is to identify a basket of development initiatives in the following areas. |

| The team will make an inventory of institutions and NGOs whose help can be taken in the implementation phase of the programme. |
