| Long term Educational and Nutritional
Support for children orphaned by tsunami |

| Guild of service, Chennai is the
other collaborating institution to execute the programme
in the three villages in Sirkazhi block of Nagapattinam
district where no other organization works for education
and nutritional support. The package for the nutritional
support has been developed in consultation with the
nutrition specialist and the elders of the villages
to ensure high protein, fibre and micronutrients supply
to the children. It is planned to hold training programme
to the guardian/mothers of the children on Nutrition
and health aspects. |
