The 10th Indian Youth Science Congress (IYSC) will be held from 5-7, June 2019 at ITM University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The conference is an annual event that provides an opportunity for young researchers to present their work. This year the theme is “Science and Technology for Prosperous India”, with a focus on Agriculture, Health and Nutrition context.
The 10th edition is jointly organized by ITM University, Gwalior, M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation and SRM University. The event is open to students and researchers from India in the fields of Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Genetic Sciences, Climate Change, Environmental Sciences, Agriculture and Nutrition, and Societal Development.
Young students and researchers are invited to submit their papers that give evidences of using science and technologies for sustainable development. The last date for submission of papers and for registration is May 15, 2019. The correspondence mail address is email@example.com

Youth constitute a major chunk of the population in our country. So it is important to recognize and facilitate their lateral learning. In this context, Prof M. S. Swaminathan took the lead in setting up the IYSC for exchange of ideas. This annual event has completed nine editions in different parts of the country with several hundred students participating in each edition. In 2018, the 9th edition of the IYSC was held in Career Point University, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.
