Project Objectives:
The main goal of the project is to engender the climate and weather information services and enabling its access and use to small holding farmers with special attention to women farmers.
The primary objective of the project is to cover the issues of capacity building as well as its sustainability through institutionalizing at the system level; and specific objectives are:

To build the capacity of the women farmers at the grassroots level and who in-turn will play a crucial role in raising awareness on climate change related issues in their local context while disseminating the forecast information and suitable agro advisories
