This is a CSR-funded, five-year research project focused on laboratory-based R&D and the development, validation, and field deployment of advanced molecular diagnostic tools for Crop management and productive farming.
•CRISPR based Molecular Assay development and validation
•Molecular marker analysis
•Laboratory and field validation studies
•Data analysis, report writing and publications
•Farmer training and technology deployment
*(Candidate must be willing to travel and perform Agri-field based evaluations)
Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Agricultural Biotechnology/ Plant Biotechnology /Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Life Sciences or related disciplines specialized in plants with minimum 60% aggregate during post-graduation.
Experience:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good communication skills, strong scientific writing and presentation skills. Hands-on experience in basic plant molecular biology techniques, molecular assay development is essential.
