Chennai, June, 24, 2016: After a tiring day at work, what better way to relax than with some yoga. This is what the staff of MSSRF did. On Friday, Mr. Anand, with the Admin department at the MSSRF, conducted a yoga session for the staff on campus. They began with a series of stretching exercises, moving on to more complicated postures and ending with deep meditation. The session went on for an hour. After just one class, the staff said they felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The programme is to be held every Friday after working hours.
