MSSRF is registered under FCRA Act and our Registration no is 075900507 and our registration renewed with effect from 01.11.2016 and is valid for a period of 5 years as per the communication No 0300000882015 of Ministry of Home affairs Foreign Division (FCRA Wing) vide their letter dated 25.04.2016.

FCRA Act and rules 2011 requires that a person who has been granted a certificate of registration shall place the audited statement of accounts on receipt and utilization of foreign contribution, including income and expenditure statement, receipt and payment account and balance sheet of every Financial year beginning on first day April within 9 months of the closure of Financial year on its official web site or on the website as specified by Central Government. This is as per FCRA rule 13(a) of FCRR 2011.

Similarly according rule 13(b) of FCRR 2011 a person receiving foreign contribution in a quarter of a financial year shall place details of foreign contribution received within 15 days following the last day of the quarter in which it has been received clearly indicating the donors , amount received and the date of receipt.
